Tutorial feedback

In my tutorial i spoke about my work and my progress and it was mentioned that i need to explore things more visually and experiment with a wider range of things and more secondary research would trigger that process. Also if i expanded my repertoire and variation of techniques this would help extend my visual language skills. I spoke about my current project and got inspiration for more experimentation with my format, content and progression and development. I have experimented with illustrating nature in obvious ways such as certain formats, colours and styles and would like to explore representing nature in a less obvious modern way. I just need to know what i am wanting to communicate and to who, and i will need to look further into what leaves do, what they need and the purpose of certain details such as the veins.
