Book Formats

This image is a photograph of my first attempt at an innovative book format. It would be a set of pages bound and then when you opened it up you could fold the whole book open and connect the front and back page to create a stand alone 3d piece.

This image is of a small book that i created out of folded tracing paper and then i machine stitched the edges together to create a spine for the book. I used tracing paper as i wanted a delicate feel to illustrate the delicate linear leaf drawings.



This image is of my current sketchbook for the 100 Book brief. I have put my favourite quote to describe a books format wrapped around it. I could produce a regular hard bound book as a format to hold my content.
