Buzz it

This is my first post using BUZZ IT and i dont really like using it, it seems fiddly and takes longer than blogger to edit and sort. Anyway i decided to look at a good old favourite website of mine : Pingmag. This post is about Graphic design in China. I really like the graphic quality of this image. I think the use of black and white creates a really strong image and the subtle yellow draws your attention to it.


I really like the composition, the colour and the layering in the following image. I think Oriental text and fonts are really graphical themselves and as they are already more image than text to an outsider.
I think the simplicity of this sculpture is really interesting and i have a similar model that you could have painted yourself.

The model i have is called a Qee and it looks pretty similar to these models:

I really like this image also as i think it is a really strong powerful image due to the limited colour palette and the composition and lighting of the photo.
I think the following image is very graphical due to the layers and the way the text has been arranged. Also the colours used are very oriental.
